No Additional Guests Policy At this time, I kindly request that no additional guests, including children, accompany you to your studio appointment. Please communicate with me if you need flexibility, as I understand the challenges of self-care as a mom.

Deposits – To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required, which will be applied towards your service total. The card used for payment will be securely stored on file. Please note: One deposit applies to one appointment only and can be applied to one reschedule.

Cancellations, Reschedules, and No Call/No Shows – Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a 50% fee, with your deposit forfeited. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

Running Late- Please arrive promptly for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you anticipate running late, please text me. In some cases, I may need to reschedule, and a cancellation or reschedule fee may apply

Period Policy – Yes, you can wax on your period! I have tampons available for your convenience if needed. All period appointments are treated like any other, and my regular policies apply.

Refunds – All sales of services, retail items, and gift cards are final.

Disputes – All services are final sale. Absolutely no deposit or credit card disputes are allowed. If a deposit or service you requested/agreed to is wrongfully disputed, I reserve the right to block or refuse future services.
